Shad Cross, founder of Sand + Shore Property Services, brings more than two decades of hands-on craftsmanship and business leadership to every project. After graduating from the University of Missouri with a degree in Business Administration, Shad launched a residential and commercial painting and carpentry company that has now been successfully operating for 21 years.

Throughout his career, Shad has built a reputation for precision, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to high quality finishes. His project experience includes specialized coatings in school additions, performing art centers, water treatment facilities, storm shelters, and sport complexes, as well as sandblasting and water blasting work at industrial salt facilities.

In addition to large-scale coating projects, Shad has extensive experience managing exterior maintenance and repair programs for commercial spaces, ensuring properties remain safe, well-maintained, and visually polished.

Today, Shad brings that same depth of experience to coastal property care along 30A, combining professional project management with skilled hands-on craftsmanship to serve both residential and commercial clients who value quality, reliability, and attention to detail.
